A multinacional alemã Netzsch, fabricante de bombas para uso industrial, inaugurou nesta semana uma nova fábrica em Pomerode, cidade onde já está instalada no Brasil. A unidade recebeu investimentos de R$ 100 milhões e será, informa o gerente de marketing Marcos Izidoro, a “única no mundo” do grupo a fabricar bombas de fusos Notos, usadas no bombeamento de fluidos.
A estrutura no bairro Testo Central é composta por dois prédios: um industrial, de 5,7 mil metros quadrados, e um administrativo, de 1,8 mil metros quadrados. Ela se soma a outras duas plantas que a Netzsch já mantém em Pomerode. Ali serão fabricadas bombas de até 1.000 kilowatts, com possibilidade para atingir até 2.000 kilowatts de olho na alta demanda do setor de petróleo e gás.
“A nova fábrica Notos desempenha um papel central na orientação estratégica da Netzsch. Ela será usada para produzir e abastecer o mercado global com bombas de fuso de alta qualidade, especialmente projetadas para aplicações exigentes”, divulgou a companhia.
Além das bombas da linha Notos, a nova unidade, que começou a ser construída em agosto de 2021 e cria cerca de 90 novos empregos, permitirá ainda a ampliação da produção de outras linhas de produtos já fabricados em Pomerode, como bombas de cavidade progressiva, bombas de lóbulo rotativo, bombas peristálticas e trituradores.
