Advogado foi indicado pelo governo federal
O governo federal anunciou o advogado João Paulo Tavares Bastos Gama como o intermediador que representa o governo Lula durante o processo de federalização do Porto de Itajaí. O advogado pode, inclusive, assumir o cargo de administrador do terminal peixeiro.
A indicação de João Paulo foi definida após uma reunião com o presidente do Sebrae, Décio Lima. Nesta semana, uma equipe que representa o Porto de Santos chegou a Itajaí para dar andamento ao processo de transferência da autoridade portuária.
Na terça-feira, João Paulo deve ir a Brasília para uma reunião no Palácio do Planalto com o ministro dos Portos e Aeroportos, Silvio Costa Filho.
Filiado ao PT, João Paulo chegou a lançar sua pré-candidatura a prefeito de Itajaí, mas desistiu.
O advogado já ocupou os cargos de secretário de Administração, procurador-geral e diretor-presidente do Instituto de Previdência de Itajaí.
