Obras em aeroportos públicos de SC custarão R$ 254 milhões até 2044, estima governo

O novo plano aeroviário avalia o potencial de 19 aeroportos públicos de Santa Catarina, prevendo a adequação e ampliação da infraestrutura no estado.

A Secretaria de Estado de Portos, Aeroportos e Ferrovias de Santa Catarina entregou nesta segunda-feira (4) o Paesc (Plano Aeroviário de Santa Catarina) ao governador Jorginho Mello. O documento estabelece metas para a Rede Estadual de Aeroportos até 2044.

Nas próximas duas décadas, a estimativa é que seja necessário o Governo de Santa Catarina investir mais de R$ 254 milhões para a realização de obras e serviços nos aeroportos da rede estadual.
O evento ocorreu na sede da Facisc (Federação das Associações Empresariais de Santa Catarina), em Florianópolis. O último plano havia sido criado em 1989, com planejamento até 2009.

O novo Paesc foi desenvolvido pelo LabTrans (Laboratório de Transporte e Logística) da UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, que também foi responsável pelo Plano Aeroviário Nacional.
Por meio da Secretaria de Portos, Aeroportos e Ferrovias, o governo investiu R$ 1,6 milhão para a elaboração do Paesc. O estudo reavaliou a estrutura do transporte aéreo estadual e orientou propostas de adequação, ampliação e implementação de infraestrutura.
No entanto, os aeroportos de Chapecó, Florianópolis, Joinville e Navegantes não fazem parte do plano porque foram concedidos à iniciativa privada.

O Aeroporto de Jaguaruna está em processo de concessão 2021. Sem propostas por empresas privadas, foi lançado um novo edital em setembro em que o estado arcará com a maior parcela. As propostas devem ser entregues até o fim de novembro.

O Paesc, portanto, atende somente os 19 aeroportos com concessões municipal e estadual, classificados da seguinte forma:

Em 2024, a ANAC (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil) autorizou operação dos aeroportos de São Joaquim e Dionísio Cerqueira, que estavam inativos desde 1992 e 2013, respectivamente.

Há obras em andamento em sete aeródromos, com investimento de R$ 64,3 milhões. Em Joaçaba, o foco é iniciar voos comerciais; em Blumenau, a infraestrutura será melhorada para receber voos executivos e de saúde; em Correia Pinto, o objetivo é aumentar o número de voos comerciais.

Quais são as metas para os aeroportos de SC?

O Governo de Santa Catarina pretende iniciar voos comerciais em três aeródromos na região Oeste, que já possui o Aeroporto de Chapecó. Os locais contemplados são Caçador, Joaçaba e São Miguel do Oeste.

O Aeroporto Santa Terezinha, de Joaçaba, tem a obra de maior custo (R$ 23,4 milhões) e já reabriu a pista de pouso e decolagem para operação diurna e noturna.
O aeródromo recebe atualmente aviões executivos e atendimentos de saúde e segurança, mas o governo estadual entende que já tem condições de receber aeronaves maiores.

O Paesc também prevê voos comerciais no Aeroporto Ismael Nunes, de São Joaquim, para receber turistas. A região já conta com o Aeroporto Regional do Planalto Serrano, em Correia Pinto, que terá aumento nos voos.

As obras em Correia Pinto custam R$ 4,8 milhões para a recuperação do asfalto da seção de combate a incêndios, com previsão de entrega até o 1º semestre de 2025.
